Learn how to do a nollie nose press on a down bar

  1. Approach at an angle just like you would for a frontside 50-50
  2. Keep yourself about a foot away from the rail
  3. Nollie a little harder than you would for a normal ollie
  4. When your board is over the rail, keep your weight forward and press onto your nose
  5. Keep the press locked in (by keeping your weight forward and front leg bent)
  6. At the end of the rail, ride off and absorb the landing
